I really enjoy the yoga classes with Hannah because she creates a personal and relaxed atmosphere in which the mindful interaction with body and soul really does me good. I appreciate her sensitive way of guiding us through the yoga practices to become more positively aware of my body signals and truly just focus on me for an hour.
I look forward to Hannah's class every single week. Her flows are always on point, her instructions are easy to follow and she curates amazing playlists. Hannah manages to create a relaxing atmosphere and it doesn't even feel like you're doing it online. Her suggested mantras and meditations always round off the practice perfectly.
